I am so glad you loved this issue, Sophia! I find that "getting away" from social can mean even no phone after 5pm for a week or leaving it charging for a weekend. It's freeing to know it doesn't have to look like a whole month or three completely offline. :) Cheering you on when and if you decide to go for it!

Omg of course!! Have you tried their almond croissant? They are THE BEST. They also have a chocolate banana one that makes my mouth water. We must go!
