Yay, I subscribed! When will I receive my first issue?
We are so excited for you! When you sign up, you’ll receive the next month’s issue. For example, if you sign up for The Intentional Muse in January, you’ll receive the February issue.
How do I view my order status?
Your status can be found in your Account Portal. Once we ship your orders, we mark them as “fulfilled.” To keep costs down, we mail our papers via good ole’ snail mail + tracking is not available. If you don’t receive your issue by the end of the month, please contact us.
How do I update my mailing address?
Please update your mailing address by visiting your Account Portal.
Am I locked in for a set amount of time once subscribing?
Not at all. You can go to your Account Portal to cancel your subscription at any time.
